Cielo Frascatore is the President and founder of CAFCO Group and is responsible for the daily operations and strategic direction of the company. With over 20 years of experience in the New York construction industry, she has successfully managed high profile projects in the field, as well as overseeing the contract administration and document control of numerous projects and capital construction programs for New York City agencies and authorities. She has extensive experience working directly with S/M/WBE contractors providing the assistance and training necessary to help them navigate government agency policies and procedures in order to be successful participants in the industry.
