CAFCO Group, LLC (CAFCO) is a certified M/WBE Construction Management firm. We provide program and construction management, document control, project accounting, and contract compliance services.
Our senior management team has 50+ years of combined experience managing capital construction programs and construction projects in the New York metro area’s public and private sectors.
CAFCO is committed to delivering superior service to our partners, project stakeholders, and contractors by providing clear communication, streamlined coordination, and continued collaboration throughout all stages of the project.
Services
Program & Construction Management
We provide Program and Construction Management services directly to public agencies and private institutions or as staff augmentation to our CM partners, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Field Inspectors, Project Accountants, and Administrative staff.
Document Control
We create and administer controlled and centralized processes and procedures to ensure the accurate and timely distribution of information to all stakeholders, while ensuring transparency and accuracy of the document trail. Our staff is experienced at administering various cloud-based Management Information Systems (MIS) such as; Procore, PlanGrid and eBuilder.
Project Accounting
We are experienced at tracking budgets, estimates and payments. We gather, review and prepare the required documentation to ensure that payment requisitions are complete and accurate and track their status to expedite payment.
Contract Compliance
We enforce the integrity of the contract documents to ensure compliance by all parties with their contractual obligations by reviewing and identifying variations and potential exposure.
